หลายคนคงสงสัย และสับสน กับ ช่อง1 2 3 ของ 2 คำนี้ ข้าพเจ้าก็เคยสงสัยเช่นเดียวกัน วันนี้เลยนำมาเขียนลงบล็อคสะเลย

lie = [v] โกหก / ตั้งอยู่ / นอน(เอนลง)

 Present : He lies on the bed.

Past : He lay on the bed ten minute ago.

Perfect : He has lain on the bed for an hour.

lay= [v] วางไข่ / ท้าพนัน / วาง

 Present : I lay the tools on the table.

Past : I laid the tools on the table a moment ago.

Perfect : I have not laid the tools on the table yet.

เราจะเห็นว่า ช่อง2 ของ lie เขียนเหมือนช่อง1 ของ lay

Lie       Lay       Lain

Lay      Laid       Laid
